Terms for using Poffr: perfect offers. Users are clubs, companies, groups of friends, organisations and similar that create a request on the platform.

By using the Poffr platform you accept the terms for creating requests and receiving offers from registered suppliers.

Poffr is a free service that connects users with registered suppliers on the platform.

When you create a request you share information suppliers need to reply. You also create a user that represents the request. The number of suppliers that reply varies by sport.

After you submit a request you receive a confirmation email. Suppliers reply as soon as they can. You are notified of new offers and messages by email, or by signing in to the dashboard. Dialogue and documents live in the offer with each supplier.

If the request has errors or gaps, you can edit or delete it in the dashboard. It then becomes unavailable to suppliers.

You may not pretend to represent anyone other than yourself or what you are legally allowed to represent.

Poffr only matches requests to relevant suppliers. Contact and offers between user and supplier are outside Poffr’s involvement and control. Unethical supplier behaviour should be reported to Poffr and may lead to a ban.

Suppliers decide whether to answer requests. They have no duty to answer requests they do not find interesting.

Use of the platform is at your own risk. Agreements made via the platform follow Norwegian law. The content of agreements between users and suppliers does not involve Poffr.

Poffr is not liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, terror, fire, flood, labour disputes, shortage of goods, currency or import restrictions, or disease outbreaks that affect performance.

Poffr is not responsible for tax or duty matters arising from purchases after dialogue on Poffr.
