Privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to Poffr AS (“we”) and explains why we collect information about you, how we use it, and how we protect your privacy.

Our legal basis for processing personal data varies. It may be your consent, a legal requirement, performance of a contract with you, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Personal data is information that can be linked to an identifiable person, such as name, address, phone number, email, IP address and visit history.

All processing of personal data is subject to privacy law. We are responsible for lawful processing. The Norwegian Data Protection Authority supervises compliance.

Some data is stored only if you give active consent, for example for advertising on third-party sites. We only collect such data if you consent.

When you register or use the service you may provide name, email, address and mobile number. We also store information when you contact us later.

When you use the services we record how you use them, including device, browser, IP address, pages visited and features used.
