Supplier terms

Updated 09.09.2026

Terms for using Poffr: perfect offers, as a supplier. Users are clubs, companies, groups of friends, organisations and similar that create a request on the platform.

By registering as a supplier you accept these terms.

Poffr connects users with registered suppliers. You choose the sports you want requests for. You only receive requests in the country you are registered in.

You can decline a request you do not want to answer. The user is not notified of the decline.

When you send an offer, the user is notified by email and in the dashboard. The offer shows title, description, contact name, expiry date, delivery time, any attachments, and the profile and website you gave at registration. What you share with the user is visible only to the two of you.

You are notified in the dashboard and by email about new requests, and when a user declines or accepts an offer.

You may not pretend to represent anyone other than yourself or what you are legally allowed to represent.

You register yourself for the sports you cover. Plan and price are shown when you register, and can be changed later where the service says so.

Poffr only matches requests to relevant suppliers. Contact and offers between you and the user sit outside Poffr’s control. Unethical behaviour towards users or the platform can lead to a ban.

You decide whether to reply. You have no duty to answer requests you do not want.

Use of the platform is at your own risk. The platform is run by Poffr AS, a Norwegian company. GDPR applies. Agreements between clubs and suppliers in other countries may follow local law. Poffr is not a party to those agreements.

Poffr is not liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, terror, fire, flood, labour disputes, shortage of goods, currency or import restrictions, or disease outbreaks that affect performance.

Poffr is not responsible for tax or duty matters arising from purchases after dialogue on Poffr.
